Leading into your shoot we’ll meet online or in person to discuss all the details of your photography. I share my knowledge, you share your story, together we make moodboards and agree on a plan to bring your photo dreams to life.
After receiving your custom quote, you approve all the details (like cost, the terms of our contract and bonus products like engagement shoots or albums) we shake hands, do a happy dance and begin the oh-so-fun next steps…

Whether you are having an intimate gathering or an epic event, we find eight hours of coverage is the perfect place to start with your coverage allowing us to capture the moments that make your wedding an unforgettable event - you can always add more hours if your event calls for it (just look at our a-la carte menu.)

From the turquoise waters of Colombia to the peaks of Iqaluit, I am always ready to hop on a plane and join the adventure of your destination wedding.
Over the course of my career I have traveled to France, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Greece, Colombia, San Francisco, Cape Cod, The Arctic and beyond to document couples in love.
Destination coverage always includes a portrait session on location, 2 hours of welcome event coverage and 10 hours of digital wedding photography with Barb.
To simplify planning, all travel and 3 nights accommodation are included in your package.

How many Images will we receive?
What is included in our Wedding Package?
Our typical wedding delivery is between 100-120 per hour. Our goal is for your wedding gallery to be both comprehensive (ensuring not a moment is missed) and curated (meaning every image would be proudly displayed on your wall and nothing feels repetitive.) For portrait sessions, galleries are usually between 120-150 images.
Your wedding photography includes coverage with Barb & a second shooter, all of your high-res, edited JPEGs delivered in a private web gallery with full print service as well as a beautiful final package of 60+ 5x7 prints selected by Barb and a USB in a personalized linen keepsake box.
What if the weather isn't great?

With over a decade of photography experience and over 250 weddings under my belt, I've handled everything from snowstorms to heatwaves. Have you ever seen the Notebook? Simple proof that a kiss in a rainstorm can be one of the most iconic romantic moments of our era. For weddings, we find magic and make the most of the light & spaces available to us (trust us, it's going to be perfect.) For portrait sessions, we are always happy to include a complimentary rain date when you book or reschedule free of charge when possible.
We pride ourselves on developing long term relationships with our creative team and ensuring that you can never tell the difference between who shot which frame. A month before your wedding, we will reach out to let you know who your second shooter is, send your their socials so that you can build a connection with our creatives on your own.
what is your turn around time?
Do we get the RAW Images?
Within the first two weeks of your wedding you will receive 60+ teasers from the highlights of your wedding day to make the wait easier. Then, 8-10 weeks following the wedding we deliver your full wedding gallery with all of your high-res edited images for download, followed by your final wedding package.
No. Our final delivery is high-res edited Jpegs only. Editing is both an important and valuable part of the photography process. And- fun fact -RAW images are unusable for print purposes until converted into a printable format such as Jpeg or TIFF. We pride ourselves on being fastidious and ensuring not a moment is missed. If you DO ever feel like something is missing, we're happy to pop back into your RAW files to track down your memories and deliver the edited frames.

Rest assured that we have all the helpful tips and tricks to help your pull off the photos of your dreams. From helpful tips & tricks to mood boards and lists of our favourite locations to shoot worldwide, we have you covered. And when our pre-made resources don't cut it? We're just an email or phone consultation away to set you at ease and create a plan together.
Our images are delivered 95% in colour and about 5% in black and white. We choose B&W for classic moments or for a little technical help (like when the disco lights turn you purple on the dance floor. ) I am a firm believer in getting your images right in camera, which means directing you to flattering light and posing that leave you saying, "wow is that us!?" While we have retouchers on staff who can help with that stress pimple or unexpected bachelorette induced bruise, we love to work with you to ensure we highlight your beauty and are aware of the angles that you may not like best.
